She holds the title Diplomate in Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). This title certifies that she has completed over 3,500 hours of training in all the principal aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including acupuncture and the use of Chinese herbs and formulas. Kassie discovered acupuncture during a search for a deeper purpose and meaning in her life. It brought her greater self-awareness and clarity. She felt called to study this medicine after her life had shifted in incredibly positive ways due to receiving acupuncture treatments. Kassie is classically trained and graduated from a four year program at Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in Asheville, NC with a Masters in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She was honored to study with Jeffery Yuen, an 88th generation Daoist priest from the Jade Purity School.
